Here is the colored pencil portrait of our daughter that I drew for a college assignment. I hadn't used colored pencils since drawing maps in elementary school.
I have love the look of botanicals, so it seemed a plausible idea to combined actual photos and a beautiful rose in a portrait.
It was quite an undertaking but I'm pleased with the results.
